Application and Registration
- Online Portal: Visit the MP Higher Education e-Pravesh Portal: https://epravesh.highereducation.mp.gov.in/
- Form Filling: Register using your basic details, select your preferred affiliated college and course, and upload scanned copies of the required documents.
- Fee Payment: Pay the prescribed non-refundable application fee online through Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI. Applications without successful fee payment will not be considered.
Selection Process
The admission process is the same for all law courses; however, the eligibility criteria differ:
- B.A. LL.B. (5-Year Integrated Programme): Admission is based on merit in the 10+2 (Higher Secondary) examination. Candidates who have passed Class 12 from a recognized board are eligible, and selection is made on the basis of qualifying examination marks.
- LL.B. (3-Year Programme): Admission is based on merit in the qualifying Undergraduate (UG) degree. Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, and selection is made according to the marks obtained in graduation.
- LL.M. (2-Year Programme): Admission is based on merit in the LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. degree. Candidates who have completed an LL.B. (3-Year) or B.A. LL.B. (5-Year) programme from a recognized university are eligible, and selection is made according to the percentage secured in the qualifying law degree.
Seat Allotment
Merit lists and seat allotment are released based on the candidate’s preferences, merit, seat availability, and the reservation policy of the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Document Verification and Fee Deposit
- Reporting: Candidates allotted a seat must report to the respective college with original documents, including mark sheets, identity proof, category certificates (if applicable), and other required documents for verification.
- Admission Confirmation: After successful document verification, candidates must pay the prescribed admission and annual course fees within the stipulated deadline to confirm their admission.
